Donations to the Samaritans on Cape Cod and the Islands are primarily made through private sources and are tax deductible.
Fund-raising events and grants provide additional revenues.
How Do We Know We Help?
- callers go from agitated to calm in the space of a phone call;
- many regular callers refer to us as their "support group;"
- and by the volume of calls we handle: more than 20,000 annually.

We help to alleviate pain and suffering.
